Q: What is ProtectionPro?
A: ProtectionPro is a system that allows retailers to cut screen protectors and full body protection skins for any device on demand: phones, tablets, watches, cameras, laptops, and more.
Q: Who is the ProtectionPro system for?
A: This solution is used by thousands of big box retail stores, mobile phone carrier stores, repair shops, and electronics shops all around the world.
Q: How long does it take to cut and install a screen protector?
A: The whole process from start to finish takes around 2-4 minutes for a typical smartphone: 45 seconds to select your device and load material; five seconds to cut, and 1-2 minutes to install.
Q: What type of material is used for the screen protectors?
A: The ProtectionPro system uses an optically clear, 2mm thick film that offers strength, clarity, a smooth glass-like texture, and responsive user experience.
Q: What do I need to get started?
A: A cutting machine (we have two different sizes), ProMat cutting mat, a phone or tablet with our ProtectionPro app installed, and film blanks from ProtectionPro to cut.
Q: How much does the software cost?
A: Nothing… the software is completely free and available on Google Play™ or the Apple App Store.

A. Yes, we have an iPhone app available as well as an Android app.

A: The ProtectionPro system requires minimal training to operate the cutter and apply the film. However, we do offer training via instructional video tutorials, live video training, written manuals, and in-person training sessions based on our customer’s needs.

A: We have more than 20,000 designs, and that number grows daily!
Q: How long does it take to add a new design to the database?
A: We pride ourselves on being SUPER fast. Our goal is to have all new design requests complete within 24 hours utilizing PixScan™ technology.
